GENERAL TERMS

We have the right to cancel the order, if there has been any change in the delivery location. In such cases you shall not be entitled to any refund. You shall provide accurate information at the time of placing the order. In the event of any failure to deliver within estimated time frame and continuous tries due to lack of information provided by you shall not be entitled to any refund. Our decision shall be treated as final and binding.
You agree that delivery shall be conducted by us only during working days.

In this regard you agree to provide correct and accurate credit / debit card details for placing the order successfully. You shall not use the credit / debit card which is not owned by you, i.e. in any transaction, you must use your own credit / debit card. The information provided by you will not be utilized or shared with any Third Party and will be kept confidential unless and until it is required in relation to fraud verification’s or by law, regulation or court order.
You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your credit / debit card details. We disclaim all liability that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized access of your credit / debit card.
DISPUTES
In case of any dispute arising out of the interpretation of this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction governed by the law, rules and regulations of India. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions and dispute resolution proceedings shall be the courts located in the city of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
DISCLAIMER
We expressly disclaim all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of Credit / Debit cards.
Please note that we also disclaim all liability for any amount charged to you by your bank during the payment process.
You acknowledge that third party services are available on our website. It is to bring to your notice that we may have formed partnerships with some of these third parties in order to provide services to you. You acknowledge and agree that Parampare disclaims the liabilities of all the third party’s services or any claims arising in connection with such third party.
